Rudra ’s enigma in <em> Waqt </em> has been solved. She eventually understands what the flashes and dreams she has been getting are all about. The current track focuses on Rudra getting some strange flashes where she sees Saurabh (Sachin Shroff) killing her and a lady is the cause of her murder. She believes that this is a tragic incident that she has foreseen and it will soon take place. She suspects Anushka (Shreya Bisht) to be that lady.

Sameer Sharma, who is playing the lead role in <em> Veeranwali </em> is now going to be seen in <em> Waqt </em>. A source from the production house informs, "Sameer Sharma is entering <em> Waqt </em> as Saurabh's (Sachin Shroff) friend, Dev. He was staying in London but he has now returned to India after a long time. Along with his entry, there will be a new thriller track in the show."

It’s testing times for Sony’s <em> Waqt</em>. Over the last few weeks, it’s been widely buzzed that the daily will come to an end. While that is still a possibility but for the moment the show’s producers can relax. After all,<em> Waqt</em> has got an extension. A well placed source informed, “The show was supposed to come to an end after the completion of 104 episodes but it has now got an extension of sixteen episodes. The extension is due to the rise in TRPs. So far, the show has completed eighty-seven episodes.”

Sachin Shroff who was seen opposite Rudra (Payal Sarkar) in<em> Waqt </em> (Sony) will soon re-enter the show. He is essaying the role of Joy in the show. “As real Rudra was down with chicken pox, the production house had to change the track. We bounced 20 episodes but now very soon Payal and me will be re-entering the show,” confirms Sachin It was heard that Payal was called to rejoin the shoot as soon as possible. “I came to Mumbai and met the channel and the production house. I’ve got marks on my face due to which I cannot shoot,” says Payal.

These are truly joyous times for Sachin. The actor has recently shifted to his new house in Chembur. Plus, he’s stepped into Sony’s <em>Waqt</em> as the male protagonist. An elated Sachin says, “I’ll be playing the male lead in Sony’s <em> Waqt</em>. There were other offers but I turned them down as I liked this character. I even refused a reality show for it.”

Eva Grover has done lots of comedy and weekly shows and now she is back with Sony's <em> Waqt </em>. Not many know that this is her first daily soap on television. We wonder what took her so long to take up a daily. "I was waiting for a good weekly offer but understood that today it's the trend of the daily, so I have gone for one," says Eva. "I'm back after a long maternity break. It feels good and working on a daily is all together a new experience," she adds.
