MUMBAI: Months after giving birth, Gigi Hadid has finally revealed the name of her and Zayan Malik's baby girl. The supermodel made the reveal most unusual as she took to Instagram and changed her Instagram bio to 'Khai's mom'. As soon as fans noticed the difference in Gigi's bio, 'Khai' started to trend on Twitter.

Hadid and Malik announced their daughter's birth at the end of September. Malik wrote on Twitter and Instagram. "Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful" he wrote. "to try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together x."

Gigi had announced on live television that she is expecting her first child with Zayn after which she had also gone live on Instagram to give her the audience a glimpse of her baby bump. 

In the same Instagram live, Gigi had mentioned why she never came out to her fans with glimpses of her pregnant self. "We’re in the middle of a pandemic and I want to use my platform for more important things. My pregnancy isn’t the most important thing to talk about online (sic)."
