He spends hours at the rehearsal hall to put together his acts and ensures that his contestants push their limits to achieve what they have set out for i.e. perfection. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to showcasing Punit Ke Panthers’ dance skills, even if it means no or barely two hours of sleep a day. Punit gets personally involved in everything and doesn’t leave it to his assistants. From managing promotional visits interspersed with hectic rehearsal schedules, he manages everything with a smile!

All his acts, right from the first Grand Premiere of DID 5, have been completely unique. His concepts are well thought of, totally outstanding, and stunningly varied.

More of a friend and a mentor than a judge

From getting goodies for his team to taking them out every week for dinner post the shoot, Punit pampers his team and bonds with them like a friend. His family right now is his team members on DID.  He makes it a point to give each team member detailed feedback after every act on the areas of improvement. In fact, he encourages them to bring in their style or USP in every performance.

His comments on the show are precise and accurate. His feedback breaks down every contestant’s pluses as well as areas of improvement in a supportive way. The contestants die to get his signature salutation ‘Chabuk’ as they know it’s difficult to come by. He has also been teased by other masters for being a miser when it comes to appreciation, but that’s only because he is a perfectionist.

Charming personality

How can we miss out on the fact that he is one of the most dashing and good looking judges on the show! His endearing smile and trademark moves make the girls go gaga. Oh, yes! He is single! *wink*
