A peek into Donal Bisht’s tiffin box

We asked Donal about her diet plan, and here’s what she shared.

What did you have for breakfast today?

I start my day with coconut water, followed by some delicious aloo parathas. I concluded my breakfast with a cup of hot coffee.

What did you have for lunch today?

I had some amazing soyabean, aloo ki sabzi, and rotis with ghee. My lunch menu also had a bowl of fresh dahi. I had freshly cut vegetable salad as well, which consisted of cucumber and carrots.

What do you plan to have as an evening snack?

I am planning to have a sandwich with a yummylicious spread—mayo or peri peri may be.

Coffee. Any day. Always

Juices, soft drinks, or aerated drinks?

Juices. Fresh ones

What are your plans for dinner?

I keep my dinner a bit light. Planning to have a nice hot vegetable soup.
