The Muslim community around the world is celebrating Eid al-Adha, also known as Eid-ul-Zoha and Bakrid.

Eid al-Adha is celebrated with people praying and sacrificing an animal. The meat of which is distributed among the poor, before saving a third for oneself. Eid al-Adha is also considered the ideal time to perform the Hajj, which is the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca.
