It is nothing else but ‘you look like what you eat’. Personal diet mantra? I think it is important to eat right to stay healthy. Are you a foodie? Yes, I am a big time foodie. Exercise routine? I practice cross-fit training that includes exercising using one’s own body weight. Are you a vegetarian or a non-veg? I am a chicken-etarian. Favourite cuisine? I like eating Moghlai food. Favourite dish? My favourite dish is butter chicken. A must on your breakfast table? Boiled eggs or scrambled white eggs. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee? Whether it is tea or coffee, I like it sugar free. Lunch generally consists of? My lunch generally consists of grilled chicken, soyabean salad and Tofu or paneer. Dinner generally consists of? My dinner is limited to only grilled chicken. Dessert delights? I like all kinds of mouth watering sweets and chocolates. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)? I love all juices and more particularly guava juice. My favourite drink (alcoholic)? I do not consume alcohol. Most unusual dish I have tasted? I once visited a Mexican restaurant where I tasted Rajma Pizza. It was all the more unusual as the bread was stuffed with Rajma than cheese. Experiment with food? I am very safe when it comes to food, but yes I do experiment sometimes. On the streets I love to have? There is only one street delicacy that makes my mouth drool, that’s pani-puri. Do you cook? I cannot cook even to save my own life! Fitness tip? I would like to advise people to not only watch-out for what you do in the gym but also watch-out for what you do outside the gym. This because our body is like a machine and it works on what one fuels it with.
