He does not follow any particular diet and neither does he have a fitness mantra but he keeps fit by doing martial arts regularly. Read on as Sushant shares his food cravings with TellyChakkar. Personal fitness mantra: I don’t follow any fitness mantra and neither do I go to the gym. I am a professional dancer and regularly practice martial arts. Personal diet mantra: I try to avoid fatty food like cheese and chocolates. Exercise routine: I hardly get time to hit the gym due to my hectic schedule and whenever I get time I do cardio. Is food the elixir of life? Yes, its one of the most important factors of life. Are you a foodie? Yes, a big time foodie. Are you a veg or non-veg? Non – vegetarian. I love everything from chicken to prawns to lamb. Favourite cuisine: Sea food, I love lobsters and prawns especially Schezwan prawns. Favourite dish: Homemade Rajma Chawal Favourite restaurant: House of Ming it’s at Taj in Delhi A must at my breakfast table: Parathas in any form Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... Tea with lots of sugar. And sometimes I have black coffee Lunch generally consists of… I have my lunch on the sets and it consists of chicken, salad and rice. For high-tea you would prefer …. Junk food like pizzas or a McDonald’s burger Dinner generally consists of… I have a light dinner which consists of either a chicken soup or salad. Dessert delights: I have a sweet tooth and am very fond of desserts. I like ice-cream with chocolate sauce on it. One thing I can’t resist… Chocolates My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… Lime juice My favourite drink (alcoholic)… Carlsberg At parties I have… Generally at parties I prefer eating Chinese food as I am very fond of it. Most unusual dish I've tasted… At Marriott once there was a sea food festival and I had this unusual dish which was pathetic in taste. I can’t recollect the name now. Experiment with food… Once I cooked chicken in red wine and it was amazing. I loved it. On the streets, I love to have… Pani puri Do you cook? Yes, I am a very good cook Your favourite recipe… Pasta with mayonnaise Ingredients: - 1 cup of pasta (boiled), 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 ? tsp soya sauce,1 tsp garlic paste, salt to taste, pepper to taste, ? tsp red chilli powder , 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp oil Method:- Take a pan and put oil in it. Sauté the garlic paste and then add soya sauce. Let it cook for 30 seconds then put the boiled pasta in the pan. Cook for another 1 minute and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes and pour the pasta in the serving bowl. Sprinkle oregano and chilli powder. Serve hot with garlic bread.
