Comedy is simply a funny way of being serious and at the age of thirteen, Saloni Daini aka Gangubhai truly owns this space like a boss. She is Punny; she has achieved that desired Lame. Now, the youngest stand-up comedian in the comic world is back and this time on the smallest screen by making her digital debut on #fame’s comedy channel with Some Madness with Saloni (SMS). From mimicking film stars to politicians, from presenting a funny take on Indian parents to teachers, she is ready to tickle everyone’s funny bone.
India's most loved child comedienne has grown up and is ready to share wonderful insights from the world of today's youth on Asia’s premier talent led digital entertainment network #fame.
She has faced the camera from the age of three, acting in Marathi serials, two Marathi films, a music album for Disney, and Hindi film Dhoom Kate with Amol Palekar. She also mimicks film stars and politicians, and was seen in the promos of Shah Rukh Khan's Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain.
Commenting on the launch of the channel; Saloni Daini says, “The best kind of comedy to me is when you make people laugh at things they've never laughed at, and also take a light into the darkened corners of people's minds, exposing them to the light. I am excited to make my digital debut with #fame and can’t wait for my funny journey to start. So sit back, burry your sorrows and laugh-a-aloud”
"Some Madness with Saloni captures the world view of a young teen caught between growing up and staying young and her funny take on the world which will leave the audience in splits. Saloni is one of India’s most loved young entertainers and this channel will epitomise her lively persona and wit. At #fame comedy, we are focused on bringing forth some of the most talented entertainers to audiences globally’ adds Saket Saurabh, CEO, #fame.
