The cricketer surprised his fans on 1 January 2020 as he announced his engagement to the Bollywood beauty. The two got engaged in style and grabbed everyone’s attention. They got engaged on a dreamy yacht in a filmy style. Hardik got down on one knee before he confessed his feelings for his ladylove. Both of them had taken to social media to share the good news with their fans, followers and friends. Hardik wrote, “Mai tera, Tu meri jaane, saara Hindustan. 01.01.2020 ️ #engaged”, while Natasa’s caption read, “Forever yes @hardikpandya93”

Well, during an interview, Hardik opened up about their first meeting and revealed how Natasa thought he was an 'alag prakaar ka aadmi’. He told cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle, "I got her by talking. She saw someone in a hat at a place where I met her, wearing a hat, a chain, a watch, at 1 am. So she thought he is 'alag prakaar ka aadmi aaya' (different kind of person came).”
