Aashish Kaul, who's often played second fiddle to the protagonists in most of his shows, has finally bagged a lead role. Very soon Aashish will be seen in<em> 'Kisi ki nazar na lage'</em> to be aired on Doordarshan.
"I am very excited about the show since it gives me an opportunity to showcase my talents. Kashish,a rookie from Kolkata, plays my opposite number. We have already shot 12 episodes and expect it to hit airwaves pretty soon."

"I am very excited about the show since it gives me an opportunity to showcase my talents. Kashish,a rookie from Kolkata, plays my opposite number. We have already shot 12 episodes and expect it to hit airwaves pretty soon."
Produced by Raja Mukherjee, Kisi ki nazar na lage is a story of a couple (Aashish and Kashish). Unfortunately, the love birds get separated as Kashish marries Aashish's widower brother to look after his kids. However, the real drama begins when his father's will is disclosed, wherein he states that all his wealth should go to his sons and their wives. His brother shows his true colours, when removes Kashish from the house so as to lay claim on the family wealth. However, Aashish marries his beloved and brings her back to the house. Thus, the plot revolves around the two warring brothers.
Well, the actor has more reasons to rejoice as he'll be playing a jovial character in Sahara One's Ghar Ek Sapna. Commenting on his role, Aashish enunciates, "I'll play the character of Aryamaan, who's a very jovial and above all, a good friend of Dr.Rishab (Harsh Chhaya). Apparently, he doesn't want the world to know about his illegitimate wife Sethna.
So, to avoid the embarrassment at his sister's wedding, he asks me to be Sethna's dummy husband. My character is likely to get more interesting, once they decide to bring in my lady love.""
The Punjabi puttar has another reason to be delighted as he's also making a comeback in Ek Chabi Pados ki.
With three shows in his kitty, Aashish has again proved that he always has his plate full.
