MUMBAI: Abhimanyu rose to fame with Bollywood movie Shamitabh starring Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush; and now, he will be seen in Zee TV’s upcoming show Manmohini as the negative lead Vivian. Let’s get to know more about his character in a tete-e-tete with Tellychakkkar.com.
The fine looking man shared, “I play Ankit’s (Siwach) stepbrother. This is my first television show and I am really excited to see how my journey takes up from here. The production house and our director are fabulous and they are very disciplined people. A special mention to my director who is so young still so focused and puts his viewpoints in a subtle way. Speaking about my co-stars, Ankit is like a brother to me. The interesting part is when the audience will watch me selling my soul to the demon.“

When asked about why choose a television show after doing a appearing on the 70 mm, Abhimanyu averred, “Well, one has to wait a lot when it comes to films. Television, on the other hand, has a wider reach. Not only to people in urban cities watch the shows but also people from small towns are actively watching television. I am very excited to be a part of Manmohini because the concept is unique compared to other shows. There are many supernatural shows but I loved this one particularly because though Manmohini has a supernatural premise, it is very logical. Even the smaller scenes have been paid attention to and that makes the story even stronger. “
Good luck Abhimanyu!
