MUMBAI: The second wave of Coronavirus is intense and scary. The positive cases are only rising in Maharashtra and the numbers are simply crazy. 

Unfortunately, in the recent time, many public figures from the entertainment industry were diagnosed with the deadly virus and the latest one to test positive for COVID-19 is legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. 

Just a few minutes back, Sachin took to his Twitter handle to inform his fans and friends that he tested positive despite taking all the recommended precautions. His family has tested negative while he has quarantined himself. 

Actor Abhishek Bachchan sends a ‘get well soon’ message.

Sachin’s note read, “I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure COVID is kept at bay. However, I’ve tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. I’ve quarantined myself at home and am following all the necessary protocols as advised by my doctors. I want to thank all the healthcare professionals who are supporting me and many others across the country. Take care of all of you.”.

Commenting on the same, the Big Bull actor wrote, “Get well soon Sachin. Wish you the speediest of recoveries. Praying for you.”. 

Sophie Chaudhary also commented, ‘Get well soon.”.

There are tons of speedy recovery wishes under his post that he received from his million and die-hard fans.
