In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Shritama shed light on making her debut on Hindi TV.
She shared, “This is the first time I have associated with Star Plus and I never thought I would get to be a part of such a big platform. I was excited when I auditioned and that time I did not know that it was for a leading role. I was later informed and was over the moon. I have been a part of Bengali shows in the past.”
Speaking about the challenges she faced while shooting for the show, Shritama expressed, “I have to be careful about the language as Hindi is not my first language. The accent is also something that I had to work on. I have practised the Bihari tone along with some Punjabi Hindi as Anjali hails from Bihar and lives in Delhi. I have been reading Hindi books to practise the diction.
