MUMBAI: Ishita Ganguly who is currently playing the role of Draupadi in ‘RadhaKrishn – Krishn Arjun Gatha’ is looking like a dream in her bridal look. Ishita is all dolled up for the upcoming track of the show which revolves around Draupadi’s swayamvar. The show is prepping for the biggest event in the history of Hindu mythology where not only Draupadi will find her husband in Arjun but Krishn will find his Saarthi in Arjun. She looks beautiful as she has opted for a classic red lehenga with heavy jewelry which is every brides dream. She looks elegant and graceful yet imitates a strong and powerful image of an equally stronger on screen character of Draupadi. 

The lehenga is said to designed by Anju Modi (Padmavat Designer) and is hand crafted by 300 artisans with intricate detailing on the attire. The jewelry is 20kgs and makes Ishita look even more elegant. The lehenga and the jewelry paired with a long veil after Katie Holmes and Priyanka Chopra, Ishita Ganguly to sport a 25 meters long dupatta (veil). These convoluted look completes Draupadi’s swayamvar look.

Speaking about the same, Ishita said, “Apart from the grand sets what makes this sequence even more special is the outfit and jewelry. It is my pleasure to wear such an amazing handcrafted lehenga with beautiful detailed work. The jewelry which looks authentic is heavy in real life. Right from the tiara to necklace each and every piece of jewelry is beautiful. I felt really special after trying the attire. The longest veil (dupatta) that goes with the outfit is even more stunning as it gives me immense pride to be the first-ever television bride to sport it. The amount of hard work that has gone to make such an extravagant attire is beyond praises. I can’t wait to see viewers’ and fans’ reactions for the swayamvar sequence.”
