MUMBAI: SAB TV's popular fantasy-based show Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hoga, produced by Peninsula Pictures enjoys the great fan following and the audience is in awe with the chemistry of the lead actors Siddharth Nigam and Ashi Singh who depict the role of Aladdin and Yasmine respectively. Apart from leads, actor Aamir Dalvi is also quite loved for his negative stint as Zafar in the show.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Aamir who believes that show deserves to return with a second season. He shared, “Aladdin is such a lovable show and all the characters are widely loved by the viewers. I feel it has the potential to return with the second season. Since the characters are well-crafted and the provided the story is great it stands a chance to return. If Baalveer can return then why not Aladdin?”
Do you think the show deserved to run a little more? “Well, there have been many big shows which come to an end and Aladdin had a good run. The makers are ending on a good and a sensible note. Also, a lot of shows were pulled off post the lockdown but we were fortunate to comeback and sustain for quite a period of time. So nevertheless its ending now and its ending beautifully.”
As reported by us, Aladdin is coming to an end and it will air its last episode on 29 January. It will be replaced by JD Majethia’s upcoming show Wagle Ki Duniya starring Sumeet Raghavan in the lead role of Wagle.
