Aman Verma turns rapist a la Shiney Ahuja

Aman Verma who plays lawyer Kunal Mehra in Bayttaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai will soon don an evil mask. He will be shown onscreen raping his maid; the track bearing resemblance to the Shiney Ahuja case. Also, the upcoming storyline of this Balaji show on Sony will see a love square of sorts shortly. Currently, Shamoli (Sumana Das) and driver Veeru’s (Karan Kundra) love track is the focal point of the show. Both are madly in love with each other. But soon Shamoli’s elder sister Kanchan (Priyamvada Kant) comes in the picture and develops a liking for Veeru, thus forming a love triangle. Later Kunal Mehra confesses that even he loves Shamoli which then leads to a love square! But a major twist will surface when Kunal who is unable to win over Shamoli, rapes her. However the rape scene is not happening anytime soon. It will be canned when the show reaches midlife. A source informs, “Yes the show will see lawyer Kunal Mehra raping his maid Shamoli and this track is inspired from the Shiney Ahuja rape case. The story of the show is that the protagonist will be raped by her employer, but the rape is not happening in the near future”. The source further adds, “There will be many twists and turns coming in before the rape scene, which is the climax, happens.” When contacted, Priyamvada sounded excited about her upcoming track and said, “Yes their will soon be a love triangle in the show. I start liking Veeru who loves my younger sister Shamoli in spite of Shamoli loving him too. The show will take an interesting turn when Kunal confesses his love for Shamoli. I am very excited and looking forward to the track”. When asked about the rape scene she feigned ignorance saying, “I am not aware of any rape scene and haven’t heard about this track yet”. So going by the way the Shiney Ahuja case had grabbed eyeballs, hope that the show manages to match the level.
