Ankit Bathla, who is seen in Colors’ newly launched show Thapki, has been signed or a cameo performance in Disney’s Lage Raho Chachu.
In the coming episodes, Vivek Chachu (Punit Tejwani) and kids would set out on a two day trip to a resort. On the way their mini-bus would break down on a lonely road forcing them to check in at a nearby hotel.? ?
Things will take a mysterious turn when strange creatures will emerge out of nowhere and join the kids in their game of hide and seek, leading to funny sequences.
On his role, Ankit shared, “I am playing the role of Anirudh. Basically Kapadia uncle (Sharad Vyas) would want me to get hitched with his daughter Riya (Swati Semwal) but Swati has a liking for Vivek. So there will be an entire twist around it that viewers can enjoy watching.”
