Ankita Bhargava to play a jailer in Zee TV’s Fear Files

Ankita Bhargava of Dekha Ek Khwaab and Sajda Tere Naam Ka fame is all set to play a cop in Zee TV’s Fear Files. As per a reliable source, Ankita will be seen as a jail superintendent who takes over a haunted jail. According to the story, the jail that Ankita’s character is to take over was earlier run by a jailer who would trouble the prisoners without any reason. Therefore, they brutally murdered him in the same jail. Since then the departed soul's evil spirit has been in the jail not letting any other jailer to take over. Since, Ankita will be the next superintendent, the spirit will start troubling her. How the story moves on from here is for the viewers to wait and watch. When we contacted Ankita, she said, “I took up this character as it’s very challenging. So much so, I will be seen getting involved in a lot of action packed scenes. Moreover, I couldn’t have said ‘no’ as this is my first show with Zee TV.” The episode will air on 8 June 2013.
