Television actor Anshul Pandey who is currently impressing masses with his stint as Naman is in Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai believes in living healthy and fit lifestyle.
The model turned actor talks about his fitness mantra, he shares, "I am somebody who doesn't believe in weight training but do functional training and also play sports like squash and football regularly. So that is something that keeps me fit. Also I enjoy running as it makes me feel fresh. I am happy to have a perfect body as per my age."
He adds, “Swimming is very good exercise. I enjoy swimming whenever I am free. I also love playing outdoor games like cricket and football.”
Anshul is one among those who goes with their heart. Actor also shares, “I am very spontaneous and thus I go with my heart and my instincts. I believe in taking decisions quick rather than pondering over them for long.”
Talking about his diet, he speaks, "I am hardcore non-vegetarian. I love homemade food and specially chicken in any form. I consume fruit and vegetable salad for a good diet. I make it a point to start my day with a glass of juice and end with a glass of milk. I just can't handle food which is too spicy."
