MUMBAI : Jyoti Gauba is one of the most popular actresses in the television industry.

The diva was an important part of Star Plus' show Imlie where she was playing the role of Malini's mother, Annu, who was a negative character in the show.

While Jyoti managed to impress everyone with her stellar performance in the show, she also continues to spread the same magic in the show's second season as well.

She has previously given some amazing performances in movies and shows like Nirankush, Coolie No.1, Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg and many more.

Imlie season 1 starred Sumbul Touqeer, Gashmeer Mahajani, Fahmaan Khan and Mayuri Deshmukh. Gashmeer Mahajani was later replaced by Manasvi Vashist as Aditya. The season was a massive hit. Sumbul and Fahmaan gained recognition from this show as one of the best on-screen couples.

The audience still watches reruns of the first season and the second has started recently. The second season stars Megha Chakraborty, Seerat Kapoor and Karan Vohra. The season is doing great and the audience loves their performances along with the storyline.

The second season is the continuation of the first one where it was shown that due to Malini’s planning, Imlie and Aryan lost their lives.
