MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most successful shows on television and has done well on the TRP charts since it has hit the screens.
The leads of the show, Sumbul, and Gashmeer, are loved as an on-screen couple and have a good fan following. Their characters have become household names.
Viewers like the banter between Imlie, Aditya, and Mayuri, and no wonder the show is doing so well.
As we have seen, Aditya and Imlie are separated in the show because of Malini’s plan as she wanted Aditya to herself and couldn’t see him with Imlie.
Though Aditya is living with Malini, his mind and soul seems to be with Imlie as he cannot get over her.
At times he listens to Malini but still feels for Imlie. He cannot make up his mind as to whom he wants.

Aditya is not taking a stand for anyone, especially for his wife Imlie who he is madly in love with.
The audience has spoken about Aditya and why he is as weak as a character and cannot be vocal about his feelings.

Pooja Singh: Aditya is so confused. He has both his wives with him. He is not moving on or allowing them to move on. This is not justified as they also have a life to lead.
Karan Kapoor: Aditya is spineless. He cannot take a stand for Imlie, who has sacrificed her life for him. She came with him to this unknown city. He made many false promises but couldn’t live up to them. I really feel sad for Imlie.
Sakina Khan: Aditya loves Imlie but he is unable to express his feelings and as he is done so wrong to Imlie that he doesn’t know how to rectify it and he is very confused about what to do at times.
Shruti Kumar : Aditya is fully trapped by Malini, and these days, he seems to be believing whatever she says. He cannot see the truth about Imlie though her wants to be happy with her. He chooses to be with Malini.
Ekta Madan: Malini is the cause of Aditya’s mental state of being confused. We all know that he loves Imlie but is still with Malini as he has no option. He is so confused but seems like he is getting frustrated. Someday, he would burst out and would express his feelings about Imlie.
Well, seems like the audience doesn’t approve of Aditya’s character as of now and they want him to take a stand for Imlie and see the reality of Malini.
