MUMBAI: While we all love watching our favourite television shows, the ardent fans of the small screens woke up to the news of Gashmeer Mahajani leaving the show.

Whether his track is over or he quit the show is still unknown but Gashmeer took to his social media handle to share his last day on the sets of Imlie and said that he will miss the show and the set. While there are comments flooding the internet about how people are going to miss watching him on the screens, there is also a lot which feels that Gashmeer being a significant part of the show cannot leave at this crucial stage and there is a possibility of it being a publicity stunt.

Raj Thakur shared, “It is next to impossible that Gashmeer leaves the show. There might be a big twist. Aditya Kumar Tripathi is an essential element in the show as the female leads are fighting over him. He is the sole reason why the drama is there.”

Manju Seth said, “I cannot believe this. Malini and Imlie were there and fighting for him and somewhere I feel this is just a stint to escalate the drama. The video floating around of him bidding adieu cannot be imagined. Somewhere down the line I feel that the show will lose its charm entirely.”

Archita Mehta opined, “It is impossible that Gashmeer quits the show. Imlie is doing very well for itself. Killing Aditya might be a ploy but I think they will bring him back in the show. It looks like a publicity stunt to me.”

Pooja Kakad expressed, “If this is true, I am so going to miss Aditya in the show. Satyakam killed Aditya and now the drama might go on to another level. I only hope they don’t go for the typical plastic surgery drama and introduce a new actor.”

Sakina Babwani averred, “I hope this is untrue. It does sound very sudden and generally actors quitting is something which is announced gracefully so that the audience is not shocked. I cannot believe this.”
