After singer-composer Vishal Dadlani, popular television actors Ayub Khan and Smita Bansal have joined hands with Arvind Kejriwal. Yes, the two actors are now active members of Aam Admi Party (AAP).
According to media reports Ayub Khan, who was last seen in suspense thriller Ek Hasina Thi, mentioned that Kejriwal is one person, who is the voice of common man and he could relate himself to the leading man of AAP.
He also said that people from distant part of the country is now joining Kejriwal with the expectation that he can bring change to the society.
On the other hand, actress Smita Bansal aka Sumitra of Balika Vadhu, addressed to the media that Kejriwal’s ideology and views made her take the decision of joining AAP and she is glad to be a part of the change that Kejriwal is trying to bring in the country.
Before Ayub and Smita many other well known personalities from the entertainment world joined politics for a cause.
