MUMBAI: Bigg Boss Season 19 has finally kicked off in spectacular style, with Salman Khan returning to the stage as host and unveiling this year’s line-up of contestants. Among the most talked-about entries was television heartthrob Gaurav Khanna, best known for his role as Anuj in the popular series Anupamaa.
Introducing him to the audience, Salman described Gaurav as the “green flag type of man,” a nod to the positive and idealistic character he portrayed on-screen. In turn, Gaurav expressed his admiration for the superstar, hailing Salman Khan as the “evergreen icon” of Hindi cinema.
During his introduction, the actor also spoke candidly about his struggle with colour blindness. In a heartening moment, Salman reassured him by light-heartedly stating that he himself had no such difficulty, encouraging Gaurav to face the challenge with confidence.
