MUMBAI: For the very first time in the history of the reality show, spanning nineteen years, Bigg Boss will premiere on JioHotstar first, followed by its traditional telecast on Colors TV. This new development has already added a fresh wave of excitement among loyal viewers.
Speculations around the names of the contestants have been doing the rounds for weeks, and now, amidst all the buzz, JioHotstar has unveiled the first promo of the season featuring the first contestant.

Like every year, the makers dropped a teaser showcasing only glimpses of the participant—heightening curiosity and encouraging fans to play the guessing game. In the promo, an actor can be seen donning a sharp black suit, performing energetically on stage. The visuals also highlight his charming smile and striking silhouette. While his identity has not been disclosed, many fans strongly believe that it could be none other than Gaurav Khanna, popularly known for his role in Anupamaa.

Interestingly, what caught everyone’s attention was the uncanny resemblance between this act and Sidharth Shukla’s iconic premiere performance from Bigg Boss 13. Both contestants performed to the popular track ‘Naa Jaane’ from the film I, Me Aur Main. Sidharth’s entry remains etched in the hearts of his fans, and this similar setup has only intensified excitement and nostalgia.
With such a powerful start, the stage is set for Bigg Boss 19 to be one of the most talked-about seasons yet.
