MUMBAI: Shrutika Arjun is an Indian television personality, entrepreneur and former actress who appeared in Tamil and Malayalam films.
After two years of acting, she quit the entertainment industry, but returned in 2022 with the third season of the reality series Cooku with Comali, of which she emerged the winner.
Now she would enter the Bigg Boss house as a contestant and the fans would be excited to see her in the show.
Before entering the house, Shrutika in an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar revealed why she said Yes to the show and how she would be away from her family.
Bigg Boss is a tough show. What made you say 'Yes' to the show? Did you have any reservations in doing the show when it was offered to me?
I know it’s a tough show, but Salman Khan is hosting the show so anything for him. He is the reason why I said ‘Yes’ to the show.
Salman Khan will be hosting the show, so how nervous are you considering how he would react to things during Weekend Ka Vaar? He does get angry when someone does wrong and plus he praises when someone plays well too?
I am actually praying that Salman Khan takes my name and scolds me so that I can admire him and feel so close to him, his guidance would be so helpful for me in the show and I hope I am his favourite.
You would be cut out from the outside world, no phones, nothing, away from family for about 3 - 4 months. How are you going to deal with that situation?
No phone I am happy, not a phone person. Most of the time I leave my phone and leave home but I have never stayed away from my family and it's going to be a big task and I love my family and it's going to be very difficult.
Well, it will be interesting to see how Shrutika plays the game. She could bring in a lot of entertainment factors in the show.
