The Star Plus project helmed by Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd recently hit sky high TRPs and with the viewers digging the hijack track, the show has become the talk of the town. And today (26 November), the soap has added another feather in its cap by completing 900 episodes. The show Diya Aur Baati Hum acts as an inspiration to millions of women who want to build up a career along with handling family responsibilities. When we spoke to Neelu Waghela who plays the role of Bhabho she quipped, “It is a great achievement and I hope we continue to entertain viewers for a long time." The leads of the show Deepika Singh and Anas Rashid remained unavailable for comment. We also tried reaching Sumeet Mittal but he did not revert to our calls and messages.
