MUMBAI: Krystle D'Souza is one of the most popular and stylish actresses in telly land. The actress rose to fame by portraying the role of Jeevika in the popular show, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. Now, she is making headlines for the film, Chehre.
Report has it that Krystle is in talks to replace Kriti Kharbanda in Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi's Chehre.
Well, for the uninitiated, Kriti's exit from Chehre has created quite a stir in B-town. And now, the makers are looking for an actress to take her place. There were reports that Ankita Lokhande is in talks for the role and even though the dotted lines haven't been signed, the verbal confirmations have been made. However, looks like there is another actress who is in talks and it is none other than Krystle Dsouza.
The Buzz is that the actress was auditioned for the same role and has been locked for the same. It may be recalled here that there were problems between the makers of the film and the actress which forced them to replace her after the first schedule. Kriti apparently wanted to come back to the project but the makers didn't want to take any interest in her after their experience, and it was only a day back that the makers officially announced her exit.
The makers wrote, "In the light of recent media reports, we wish to clarify that @kriti_official & @apmpictures have mutually agreed to part ways on a cordial & professional note. We wish her success in all her future endeavors!"
