Chit-chat with Barbie Jain from Nisha Aur Uske Cousins

Barbie Jain, who has earlier been seen in Alaxmi - Hamari Super Bahu considers Star Plus’ Nisha Aur Uske Cousins (Bodhi Tree Productions) a fantastic opportunity for her career as an actor. In conversation with the pretty actor, Barbie speaks about her character as Jwala in the show. Barbie says, “I essay the character of Jwala, the geek of Gangwal family. While she is studious and intelligent, she is also very shy and timid by nature. She has certain insecurities in her appearance compared to her sister Kirti (Heli Daruwala) who is very diva like. I was like the character I portray on screen in real life around 5 years back. But now I can say that I am a confident being.” Barbie believes that this kind of a show which is fresh and youth oriented dealing with three generations is something which will definitely charm the audience. Elaborating further on the challenge she faces while essaying Jwala, she states, “As I mentioned earlier, I was very shy and timid in real life some years back. While it occasionally comes naturally to me while enacting the person I was, I usually have go down the memory lane and that poses as a challenge as I do not feel comfortable in that zone anymore.“ Barbie, we wish you all best with Nisha Aur Uske Cousins!!!
