CID Veerta Awards felicitates bravery

CID Veerta Awards are awarded to people who have shown bravery in tough situations. And this year too, the award function was held with great fanfare. The show was anchored by Mona Singh and Anoop Soni. And in attendance, there were celebrities like Pawan Shankar, BP Singh, Kavita Kaushik, Shweta Kawatra and Manav Gohil, Sharad Kelkar, cast of Saas Bina Sasural, CID team, Gurmeet Choudhary, cast of Dekha Ek Khwaab, Abhishek Rawat and Ronit Roy and Shubh Vivah‘s Eijaz Khan and Neha Janpandit. There were also many mindblowing performances by Gurmeet Choudhary (who performed an act on the Maratha warrior, Shivaji), Dayanand Shetty (performed on Main Hoon Don) and Shweta Tiwari (performed on a patriotic song). Apart from that, CID team performed a play where Aishwarya Sakluja was shown kidnapped and CID team finds her. And to add some fun element to the atmosphere, there was a comic circus act by Kapil Sharma. CID Veerta Awards will be telecasted on 4 April 2012 on Sony Entertainment Television.
