Comedy Circus goes weekly with a Saas - Bahu special

Since Sony has launched its big ticket show X Factor which will have the Gala Round on Fri-Sat at 9pm from June 10, Comedy Circus Ke Tansen which aired in that time slot is being shifted to a new slot. It will now be telecast every Sunday at 9 pm in their newly revamped slot called Taaza Ravivar. The very first Sunday episode of this show will see a Saas - Bahu special on June 5. A source tells us, “This Sunday’s Saas - Bahu special is very entertaining as it will have four popular bahus of Indian television performing on the show. Tina Dutta, Mahhi Vij, Ankita Lokhande and Suhasi Dhami will represent the bahus. Usha Nadkarni aka Savita tai of Pavitra Rishta will join host Saumya Tandon in performing some gags. All the four bahus will also perform a dance sequence with Krushna on a medley of Character Dheela, Dhinka Chika and one more number. In addition Johnny Lever, Gulshan Grover and Shweta Tiwari will be present on the sets to promote their upcoming film Bin Bulaye Baraati.” Ankita Lokhande who essays Archana in Pavitra Rishta said, “Yes, it was fun dancing with Krushna and a great experience performing with Krushna and Sudesh ji, I was a little nervous and scared about forgetting my lines but it turned out great. About the dance, you will have to wait and watch.” Saumya Tandon confirmed, “It was fun performing Saas – Bahu gags with Usha Nadkarni ji.” Looks like this Sunday will be a Taaza Ravivar.
