Seasoned actor Darpan Shrivastava presently seen as Kesar Chacha in Zee TV’s Jamai Raja has bagged yet another prized role.
He will soon join the cast of Sony TV’s Suryaputra Karn (Swastik Productions).
As we know, Darpan has entertained viewers with his powerful portrayals in shows Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo, Bhagyavidhata, Do Dil Ek Jaan, Humsafars, Hawan.
He will now play the confident and positive character of Vrash Bhan, the most respected person in the charioteer clan. Vrash Bhan will be a close aide of Karn’s parents. In the future track, Karn will go on to marry Vrash Bhan’s daughter, Vrushali.
When contacted, Darpan confirmed his presence in the show, but refused to get into details.
As reported yesterday, Suryaputr Karn will now be a daily, airing for five days from 31 July.
