Daya will not perform for the Monday Jhalak episode

Barely did we report about the Pavitra Rishta girl, Ankita Lokhande, getting eliminated in the coming Monday episode, now we hear that darwazatod Daya Shetty won’t perform for the same. No, no, he is not mourning Ankita’s exit it’s just that his back has been acting up. Says a source, “He was so unwell that despite a stiff body, he practiced for almost one-and-a-half hours but then his body failed to support him and he didn’t perform.” So will he be given a second chance or will he get eliminated? Says the source, “He has been given a chance this time. Mona Singh appealed for votes on his behalf and also made an apology for the same. But, now nothing can be said, till we get the doctor’s report. And about him remaining in the show for the next week, will now purely be based on the number of votes he gets from his fans.” Adds the source, “Madhuri Dixit commented on this, saying, even choreographer Salman performed despite his severe injury, then why not Daya!” Adds another source, “It’s little unfair to compare him with a professional dancer like Salman, as professionals are habituated to deal with such injuries. Daya is 41 and his body cannot be pressurized more than its capacity, as he even shoots for CID for long hours and still manages to rehearse endlessly.” Daya remained unavailable to comment on this.
