Sony Entertainment Television’s popular historical drama Bharat Ka Veer Putra...Maharana Pratap (Contiloe) is not only about wars and fights.
Soon taking the centre stage in the show will be a love track between Chand (Deeksha Kanwal Sonalkar) and Rai Singh (Vikas Salgotra).
Sharing details on the same, a source said, “Post the yudh between Chandrasen (Ankit Bhardwaj) and Pratap (Ssharad Malhotra), he will decide to have a celebration at his palace. And he would plan to also organise a swyamvar for his sister.”
And there at the celebration, Chand will meet Rai Singh in a complete filmy style. She would slip down, only to fall into Rai Singh’s arams. Post this the two will be seen falling in love with each other. Ajabde (Rachna Parulkar) too would decide to help her sister-in-law and support her in getting together with her love.
When we called Deeksha she confirmed the same and added, “It is super exciting shooting the romance track as it had been quite a long time since I did some romantic track. But the character of Rai Singh has such a big moustache that it is really funny. It is just not of my taste (laughs). There are a lot of fun moments coming up in the track.”
