KOLKATA: Pritam Das, who recently entered Zee Bangla’s period drama Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, finds the dialogues of the show a bit difficult. He says he is focusing on his script before the shoot so that he can deliver his dialogues without a hitch.
Pritam entered the show as Madhab Chandra Das, son of Abhay Chandra (essayed by Dhrubo Sarkar).
Speaking about the challenge of working in a serial like Rani Rashmoni, the actor said to TellyChakkar, “This is the first time I am working in a period drama. Delivering the dialogues is a bit tough but I am trying. For example, we usually say ‘Jamaibabu’ but here you will have to say ‘Jamaidada’. And then, instead of ‘bolbo’ you will have to use the term ‘koibo.’ This is the language of old north Kolkata. So, one will have to keep these things before delivering the dialogues.”
