MUMBAI: Television star Dipika Kakar is a devoted mother to son Ruhaan. For the first time, the actress embraced motherhood last year. The Sasural Simar Ka actress has frequently been praised for being a wonderful wife and daughter-in-law, but many of her fans have also expressed love for her new role as a mother.

She has publicly acknowledged that her child comes first at the moment, to the point where she has even stepped away from acting. Recently, Dipika revealed why a mother's love cannot be matched by any other through a touching act for her son Ruhaan.

Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are currently in Lonavala with their entire family. Shoaib's father's birthday was recently celebrated, and the family had a blast. Dipika has often said in her vlogs that she is not too adventurous and doesn't like to indulge in such activities. She also has a fear of swimming pools. While most of the family members are often seen enjoying themselves in the pool, Dipika rarely goes inside the pool as she doesn't like it and also has a certain kind of fear towards it.

The actress was recently spotted entering the pool, proving that she had overcome her fear. She even goes so far as to say that the only reason she is doing something she normally avoids or fears doing is because of her son Ruhaan. Eventually, Dipika and her son Ruhaan enter the pool. Ruhaan is seen having fun in the pool with his mother Dipika Kakar and father Shoaib Ibrahim.

It's interesting to note that during a blessing in one of Shoaib's vlogs, Shoaib's grandma expressed her wish for the actor to have a second kid soon. The actor blushed upon hearing his grandmother's words and said that he currently doesn't want to have another child, at least not anytime soon.
