MUMBAI: Best known for her role as Ishita in StarPlus’ daily Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, actress Divyanka Tripathi is putting her best foot forward as she prepares for her performance for Adbhut Ganesh Utsav. She will be seen giving a tribute to the beautiful actress Deepika Padukone through her performance.
Divyanka has been a part of a dance reality show Nach Baliye with hubby Vivek Dahiya where she learned styles like krumping, retro, tandav, Bollywood, etc.

This is the first time she is trying her hands at Kathak + Laavni dancing on Deewani Mastani and Navrai Maajhi and learned the same in just 1 day. Excited about the same, she says, “I have never done Kathak in my life, so it is the first time I am actually attempting this style. As an artist I am always open to learning new things. When I got to know that I am doing Kathak I was excited and nervous at the same time. My entry is on a huge dholak from almost 20 ft. which is very exciting. I hope the performance is as Adbhut as the Utsav.”
