Double identity and an attack on ACP on Sony TV's CID

The longest running show on Sony Entertainment Television, CID (Fireworks Productions) is back with two very interesting cases this week. The show that is packed with twists and twists will bring a very strange case of identical identity in tonight’s episode (18 October 2013). A man named Amay will see his friend’s wife, Avantika being chased by goons. But when he will rush to inform his friend, Kunal about it, he will be shocked to find that Avantika is at a saloon with him. Meanwhile the CID team will find dead bodies of three people in a farmhouse, an elderly woman, a man and a young woman. After their investigation, they will find out that those dead are a doctor, a nurse and a maid of an actress. The team will then find out that an actress named Sheela is involved in the murder and to their surprise they will find out that Avantika was seen at the farmhouse. The cops will then go deep into the case and find out that Sheela had undergone a secret surgery and changed her appearance to Avantika’s. So where is Avantika? Is she dead or alive? And in tomorrow’s episode ACP Pradhyuman (Shivaji Satam) will get shot at a friend’s son’s birthday party. Even though he will be saved in time the team will start their search of someone daring to attack the ACP. The CID team will also be hunting for a notorious arms dealer, Vidhaan. With this unexpected attack the cops will feel it might be related to Vidhaan’s case. But soon they will find that a young man without any criminal record is behind this attack even though having no motive. Further investigation will reveal that this assassin will be arm twisted into desperately trying to kill ACP. But who is behind all this? And why has this man agreed to kill ACP?
