Ekta Kapoor adopts fifty stray dogs in Klick Nixion

Dynamic, prolific and brilliant, the television Czarina, Ekta Kapoor, is synonymous with one man army. Giving a deaf ear to the critics, the lady has ruled the small screen for almost two decades now. Known to be head strong, perfect and an outright professional, the lady has a soft, tender side as well. Not many are aware that she is an absolute animal lover, who has given shelter to many at her place. But, this time moving a step forward, Ekta has done something really heart touching, which made us go awww... Recently we hear that Ekta has adopted more than fifty stray dogs at her Klick Nixon studio, and has been providing food and proper care to them. We also have been informed that she has appointed a cook and a care taker as well to look after the pack of canines. And the lady, who is heading the team to take care of this group of carnivorous animals, is none other than Utkarsha Naik. Yes, the popular face of television, who is currently seen in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi (Colors), is the one who is responsible for the well being of these lovely creatures. When we spoke to Utkarsha, she commented, “I am a diehard animal lover and I really appreciate such gestures. Though Ekta has appointed a care taker, they are not properly trained. Hence, often at odd hours I get calls from them asking for my suggestions about the pets. Moreover, with the canines breeding, the number of puppies are also increasing with time. But, honestly saying, I don’t mind those calls, as I love to have animals around me. Moreover, Pallavi (Rao) and Sarita (Joshi) ji also extend their hand in support whenever we need”.
