MUMBAI: The audience sometimes finds an emotional connect with certain characters or shows because of the storyline and the actors playing their parts wonderfully.
This is in particular for mythological shows. Most of the population viewing television is religious and the conviction with which the actors play their roles, the viewers find their faith in them. Dipika Chiklia and Arun Govil witnessed this when people came to them to touch their feet when they played Sita and Ram in Ramayan. A similar case is being experienced by Sumedh Mudgalkar who plays Lord Krishna in Star Bharat’s RadhaKrishn.
In conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Sumedh mentioned that elder people used to come to him for ashirwad and after a point of time, he had to request them to stop doing so.
Well, that’s only because Sumedh plays his part extremely well and convinces the audience that he is Krishna.
Way to go Sumedh! (Also Read: Sumedh Mudgalkar talks about his FAVOURITE CO-STAR from the sets of Star Bharat's RadhaKrishn)
