Every actor has pagalpanti in him/her: Shravan Reddy

The bond between Shravan Reddy and Mayank Gandhi was surely a close one on MTV Splitsvilla 7. And even when the show has wrapped up, the two continue to be together and enjoy the ‘bro’mance as they gear up to play for the upcoming Box Cricket League. Mayank, who was at Tellychakkar.com’s office as the Guest Editor, decided to call up Shravan to interview him on his experience on Splitsvilla. Let's start with the obvious question. Tell us how the experience of Splitsvilla been for you? “Very bad, since you beat me and win (laughs). On a serious note, it was surely a very different experience and I enjoyed the time there. Although I never thought you would become such a great friend. And to have you as a friend post the show is a great feeling. I was also fine losing to only you," Shravan said. You got the title of 'Mad King’ on the show, what do you have to say about that? “There is a difference in reality and fiction acting. An actor has a ‘junoon’ or passion in him and that makes him mad. I take it as a compliment as to achieve your goals you have to have some pagalpanti in you. I think that is how I can work towards being a great actor." Tell us, if given a chance, who among the contestants would you like to go on a date with now? “No one, yaar. To be honest, there was no one who I really connected well with. The only people who I can have a conversation are you, Dana (Vana) and Rashi (Sharma). So not a date, but I can always catch up with any of you.” And finally tell us more about your participation in the BCL? “Firstly, thanks to you for getting me on board with the Pune Anmol Ratn team. Although I am a good batsman, the situation has got a little tricky as the team wants me to play as a bowler. But overall, it has been a good ride and am looking forward to the tournament," he sighed off. Wish you luck, Shravan!
