He came in a human form as Dr. Ayush Chakral to spy on Hero along with Yakshika.

Ajay's character has received a thumbs up from viewers and he does total justice to his character.

In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, Ajay spoke at length about his journey with Hero - Gayab Mode On and much more.

Talking about how mentally taxing it is to play a negative role, Ajay said, ''The kind of negative character that I am playing in the first season and the second one are very different. It's a mixture of mythology and sci-fi. You have to use your imagination and get all of those things and mannerisms into you so that you can perform. Sometimes, it takes a toll on you because you are playing this character continuously. But when you are done shooting and go home, it's like you are living two different lives. If you think a lot about the character, then it affects.''

Furthermore, when asked if he can relate to any quality of Shukracharya and if there is anything he would love to change about it, the actor said, ''Shukracharya is the master of mind games. He is a master of reading body language and what you are thinking. When you see and observe people in real life, you can see those traits. The character is very challenging but it's nice. In real life, you can see such people around. I think this character should start singing or humming. I think that will be more interesting. It will be fun."

Lastly, Ajay spoke about his passion apart from acting and said, ''I had sung an English song in my debut single two years back. I love singing and I would like to pursue that as well. I used to miss all this as I was concentrating on my acting. It's my hobby and I need to take some time out for it to explore it or else it would be a waste. I am trying to pursue it and also might come up with a new single.''

Ajay has previously worked in projects like Maqbool, Miilee, Raavan, 7 1/2 Phere: More Than a Wedding, and Ghoom, among others.

Hero - Gayab Mode On also stars Abhishek Nigam, Tunisha Sharma, Manish Wadhwa, Siddharth Nigam, Abhishek Sharma, Saurabhi, and Samriddhi Mehra among others.
