MUMBAI: Raymon Singh is one of the most known actors who has been around in the industry for quite a long time. The actress is known for her grace, charm and the way she carries herself apart from her excellent acting skills. In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Raymon got chatty about her latest show Apna Time Bhi Ayega among many other things.

Tell us something about your journey in the industry?

My journey has been very fruitful. I have enjoyed every phase. I started as a model. I graduated to do Hindi, Punjabi film and South Indian films. I learned alot and I am still learning.

Who can you call your best friend in this industry?

I think I have alot of friends and every human you work with becomes  like a family. So I remember when I did Kusum,the show was on till 6 years and that was in the year 2000. Naushin and I are still very close. We share alot of things. I also did a couple  of shows with Juhi Parmar and Juhi and I are also really close. So in every show you have that one friend. And Dolly and I were friends. Every show you have one or two friends that you are close with because the show goes on for 6 months to 1 year so you have lunch together,have fun on the set. So it is not like I have one friend but I have friends from every unit.

You were part of the show Apna Time Bhi Ayega so I want to know how it was to shoot with Megha Rai and Fahmaan Khan?

They are extremely sweet. I think it was a wonderful experience with them. They are such humble actors. I still remember the first day,they both came to my vanity van and they came to welcome me. I found that very sweet. They were very supportive and the entire cast,the producers,the directors were also very supportive. I had a wonderful time. What was your comfort food on the set?

I think when I started off Gargi and I used to share our food with each other. We used to eat each other lunch. We used to sit together and have lunch and then Tanaaz came in and then we three were there,sitting together and sharing our food. So I think there is not comfort food but we share each other's food. We all had different types of food like Gujarati, Marwadi, Punjabi, Irani. So it was fun.

Today is Janmasthami so how are you celebrating the festival?

I have this small cradle for Laddu Gopal. And we decorate that cradle. We set up the cradle and Laddu Gopal and then we play the Gopala songs.
