Exclusive! Isha Malviya aka Jasmine Singh of Udaariyaan talks about the heartbreaking time when she auditioned for Dance Deewane, reveals her first meeting with Fateh and Tejo

MUMBAI: Udaariyaan is one of the most loved and successful shows on television. The story keeps the audience hooked. The show has been climbing the stairs of success real quick. It is among the top shows on the TRP charts with its intense twists and turns.

The show is produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta under the banner of Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Devirosh Films and airs on Colors. It stars Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, and Isha Malviya.

Isha Malviya with her acting skills has won the hearts of the audience. She is considered one of the best actresses on television.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress and asked her some fun questions on her childhood memories and memories of the show.

What is the one thing for which you have been scolded the most?

I used to bunk my dance and Kathak classes and used to give some reasons for not attending them. One day, I got caught and got hit by my mother.

Which is your best school memory?

Outside my school, we used to have samosa, and it used to be so yummy. Every day we used to have it from the same place.

What is your memory of the first day of the shoot of the show?

Well, I was excited to meet my director, producer, and co-actors, and everyone was so welcoming and warm.

Your memory of meeting Fateh and Tejo?

I met Fateh first and I still remember Fateh was not getting finalized for our show. Finally, when he was roped in, Sargun came and told us. Priyanka and I were super excited and jumped in joy.

What about your memories with Tejo and Fateh offsets?

We used to attend a lot of parties. I have been out with Abhishek and we have a lot of fun together. The four of us have built really good memories together.

What is your memory of your first audition?

I remember going to give an audition for Dance Deewane. My parents were waiting in the line with me, but I didn’t reach the audition round and that was heartbreaking. Now, when I went as a guest on the show to promote Udaariyaan, it was a huge moment for me.

Can you share some of your fun moments with us?

Recently, when I went to Bhopal the kind of love I received was unbelievable and I got very emotional and overwhelmed with the love and fame I have received.
