MUMBAI : Sargun Kaur Luthra is an integral part of Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Chahatein.
She plays the protagonist of the show Preesha, and the audience is in love with the way she portrays her character and the Netizens cannot get enough of the intimate moments of Preesha and Rudraksh.
Today, in an exclusive conversation with Sargun, we asked her what she feels about the show adopting the plotlines of Bollywood movies in general.
Based on how Yeh Hai Chahatein churned out content seeking inspiration from Bollywood movie Drishyam, Sargun shared, “ I feel that in movies you can play a lot keeping one track in mind and can make great content but in TV serials, there are so many tracks and the content has to keep going strong as the show is also not finite. So it become essential to take plotlines from different places. As actors, we too like doing different things. For example, Drishyam was a fantastic and intriguing movie. The story was good and I think it is good for the audience of our show to keep getting different things as a visual delight.
Obviously, we do not take the entire material to copy paste. The plot is taken as reference. But I find it interesting to shoot as well as it maintains the freshness of the show and keeps the monotony away.”
