MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.
One of the leading channels Zee TV is known for bringing shows on varied subjects. The channel had recently launched a new historical drama based on the life of Kashi Bai.
We had exclusively reported that actress Riya Sharma has been finalized to play the lead role of Kashibai that was earlier played by Arohi. Riya is known for her role in Colors' show Pinjara Khubsurti Ka.

Now, in an exclusive update, Vighnaharta Ganesh fame Prashant Rajput has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the show Kashibai Bajirao Ballal, which will soon have a leap. It is said to be around 12-15 years.
Well, Prashant has been a part of popular shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Mere Sai, and Dil Jaise Dhadk... Dhadakne Do.
Nothing much has been revealed about their characters yet. Kashibai Bajirao Balal is made under the banner of Sobo Films and produced by Smruti Shinde and Bobby Arora.
The show also stars Aishwarya Narkar, Tarun Khanna, Smita Jaykar, Hetal Yadav, Amardeep Garg, Amol Bawdekar, Amit Pandey, Survhi Gautam, Hirva Trivedi, Ddarsh Prajapati, and Sanjana Verma, among others.
