MUMBAI: Zee TV’s show Kundali Bhagya is produced by Balaji Telefilms. It stars Shraddha Arya, Paras Kalnawat, Sana Sayyed, Basheer Ali and Shakti Anand. It is one of the favorite shows of the audience. Its twists and turns keep everyone glued to their screens. The amazing storyline and gripping performance have always drawn viewers to the show.

Abhishek Kapur was seen playing the role of Sameer Luthra in the show before the leap and he was a part of the show for a good 6 years. Fans loved him for his charming personality and fashion statements that make him stand out from the crowd.

Tellychakkar got in touch with the actor where he revealed about his journey, his experience with the production house and much more.

Tell us about your journey as Sameer Luthra?

It has been an amazing journey. 6 years is a blessing. Everyone who is connected to this has only benefited. I got to learn a lot. As my journey has ended, I have no regrets.

What and who will you miss the most?

People who you work with and shoot with, they always stay in touch with you. Even if you’re not shooting for the show, they still meet you off-set. Honestly, I miss shooting because for 6 years it had become a routine. From 22nd July, 2017 to almost 15th March, 2023, it’s almost 20-25 days of shooting in a month. So I miss that routine. We spend more time with our family on the set than our real family. I stay in touch with most of the people so I don’t miss them as we keep meeting but I miss shooting.

How was your experience working with Balaji Telefilms?

Every actor wants to work with Balaji Telefilms and the production house really pampers its actors. We always wait for a call from them. Working in Kundali Bhaya has been great and I was there till 1500 episodes. It’s like a dream come true. Talking about Ekta ma’am, I think the team is really creative and amazing. 99% of their shows work so any person would be happy to work with them.

Tell us about a memorable moment?

I have a lot of memories. I still remember how I was shooting in Surat and I had directly gone to film city, on the set, where I had shot my first scene with Anjum. So my day one was pretty memorable.
