MUMBAI: Maddam Sir, which is known for its cop comedy, keeps its viewers hooked on the show.

Viewers will be treated to some intriguing twists and turns in Sony SAB's 'Maddam Sir' in the coming week.

The sitcom stars Gulki Joshi and Yukti Kapoor in the lead roles. Actors like Ashwani Rathore, Ajay Jadhav and Satyapal, among others, also play pivotal roles in the show. This cop comedy focuses on social issues and tries to give a message to everyone in a light-hearted way.

In every episode, the cops get into different roles and come up with multiple looks to go undercover and catch the criminals. The show is a great example of comedic but engaging storytelling and focuses on multiple different aspects and brings forward stories that the audiences love.

We gave you the exclusive update that Pankhuri Awasthy Rode is making a comeback on the show. TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor on her return and asked questions that we were thinking about on her return. When asked if she is reprising the same role as before, she said, “The character is definitely the same, but this is a very advanced version. My character Mira, it's an artificial intelligence robot and now, Mira is coming as Mira G, in which G stands for the Gama version of this robotic device. She has everything in supersonic, everything is pretty advanced and she is more efficient. Everything that she could do before, this version can do it ten times more. She can see what happens in the future and she can predict what will happen. She is much faster and capable of handling on her own. She is back with a lot more tadka now”.
