It is a moment of joy for Gitanjali Tikekar and Sikandar Kharbanda who tied the knot on the 9th of March, 2008 after a courtship of two and a half years. Gitanjali has given birth to a baby boy and the couple is ecstatic. An excited Sikandar informs, “Yes, the baby boy was born on the 1st of December. It is a moment of joy and exhilaration. More so as both the marriage and the birth of our son have taken place in a span of one year. Gitanjali was discharged two days ago and currently all our relatives are visiting to see the new born and wish us.” “We haven’t named him as yet but we have shortlisted a few names and my favourite is Shaurya. Both Gitanjali and I have consented on the name and we are just waiting for our parents to give their consent too. We all are so excited,” adds the actor. We wish the couple and the new born the very best.
