MUMBAI: In the upcoming episode of Neela Film Productions Private Limited’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC), the purush mandal are gathered at Abdul’s shop for their routine chat over soda. Everyone seems to agree that things are generally moving very slow and not much has been happening lately. So, with not much to do and to make most of the time, they decide to hold Ubadiyu special brunch in the Society. Just arriving at the decision of planning for the Ubadiyu party cheers up the spirits of the purush mandal making them break into an impromptu garba dance.
Ubadiyu is a Gujarati folk recipe that is traditionally prepared in the winter months. An assortment of vegetables including root veggies like potatoes, purple yam, surti papdi, pigeon pea, garlic greens and ajwain.
